To receive a business travel support letter, you must have an approved Microsoft Build registration and have paid in full (if applicable). This is Microsoft policy.

Microsoft is not responsible for contacting embassies or scheduling interviews on behalf of attendees and cannot expedite embassy timelines or procedures. Please contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in your country with questions regarding your visa requirements.
Business Travel Support Letters for Guests
Letters for spouses and family members are no longer provided per Microsoft policy. Conference attendees may provide an accompanying dependent family member with a copy of their Business Travel Letter in support of their visa application.
