Cancellation policy

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be completed online through your registration confirmation page or sent by e-mail to build@microsoft.regsvc.com by the dates listed below.

  • Full Conference Pass: A full refund minus a $100 processing fee will be issued when a cancellation is received by Monday, April 24, 2020 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Refunds will not be issued after Monday, April 24, 2020.
    • Passes cannot be shared or used by anyone other than the person on the registration; name badges used by anyone other than the actual registrant may be revoked without refund.
    • Refunds must be issued in the same manner as payment.
  • Travel and Hotel: Cancellations of travel and hotel reservations are the responsibility of the registrant. Through April 27, 2020 hotel reservations made through the registration website are automatically cancelled when the corresponding event registration is cancelled. 

Should Microsoft cancel Microsoft Build, paid registered attendees will be refunded their registration fee only. No other costs will be refunded.
