Form of payment

Credit Card
Payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover is available to all attendees on the Payment page of the registration website. We are not able to split payments; that is, you cannot pay with multiple credit cards to avoid a credit card limit for conference registration fees.
Offline Payment
In order to pay via offline payment, you must complete your registration up to the Payment page. If you have multiple attendees paying via the same offline payment, please create a group manager registration and have all attendees included within the same group account. This will allow us to generate a single invoice including all attendees. We are unable to provide pro forma invoices.
Once you have reached the payment page of your registration(s), please close out of your registration(s) and email us for further instructions.
